By placing an order with us either by telephone, email or website you are agreeing to our terms and conditions as laid out below.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our pages and select any items that you wish to buyby clicking the 'Add to Cart' button to put them into the shopping cart. Once you have added an item you can either change the quantity you require, continue shopping or complete the order by clicking the relevant button. Then simply follow the instructions to enter your address and payment details to complete the order.
If your order is time critical please email us first to ensure the item is in stock in the size/colour required.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Electron and Paypal. Payment is not taken from cards until the item is confirmed 'in stock'. We cannot accept payment from cards which are registered to an address outside the UK.
DELIVERY
We will normally send UK orders to you within 2-4 working days of receipt of order, stock levels permitting. International deliveries take around 10 days. We will email you to advise that your delivery is on it's way.

UK Only - Free delivery on orders over £50
Standard UK Mainland Delivery is by Royal Mail First Class Signed For and usually takes 1-3 working days.
Overseas mail is by Royal Mail Small Packets Signed For and usually takes 5-10 working days.
Postal rates for deliveries outside the UK can be applied at checkout
Europe outside UK £6.95 Extra charge Airmail Signed For up to 1 kilo in weight
Rest of world outside Europe £12.95 Extra charge Airmail Signed For up to 1 kilo in weight
If for any reason there is a delay in posting your item we will inform you by email.
If the item you have ordered is out of stock we will advise you of this by email and place the item on back order unless you contact us to cancel. We will keep you advised as to the expected lead time for all back orders.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are happy to exchange any item unworn and in original packaging for another size, subject to availability. Items must be returned with all original tags and in original packaging unworn and undamaged. P&P costs must be paid for by the buyer.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, you have 7 working days from the day after you receive delivery to return your purchase. Goods must be returned in unused condition with all tags attached. Please advise by email of any returns before you post the item and we will supply a returns tracking number to attach to the package. Items returned to us without prior notification will not be eligible for refund.
SIZES
Please ensure that you check the measurments of your child against our SIZE CHART before you commit to buy to save unnecessary expense in returning the item.
