Dear Lesley I thought it was important to send you some feedback regarding the service and comments on the products I received from The Country Cradle as recently when shopping online I have really valued the comments/reviews customers have made. Firstly I would say the service I received from The Country Cradle was exceptional and efficient. You updated me with a personal email to advise me my order was currently out of stock and my order would be shipped in 2 days time, which was earlier than I was expecting in the first place. Secondly, when I received the 'Alfie' Christening Romper suit and hat it was so beautiful and such an accurate representation of what I had seen on your website. What I also liked was that when ordering the suit I had the option to have the suit with long or short sleeves. I was looking for something with long sleeves for a March Christening so it was perfect. It is quite difficult to find an outfit for a little boy but I was thrilled with this outfit and we had so many wonderful compliments. Obviously as his parent we thought he looked gorgeous but so did all out guests. I would thoroughly recommend using The Country Cradle, excellent and efficient service, superb, traditional clothing and good value. Kind regards Simone Watson .

I recently purchased my daughters christening dress and shoes from The Country Cradle website and I have to say the quality of service I received was outstanding. I was kept well informed through e mails about my order and when it should arrive. Also when the shoes arrived unfortuately they were too big, I emailed The Country Cradle to informed them about this issue, it was not a bother for me to return the item and was informed that the smaller size would be posted to me ASAP, and that was very much the case. I received them the next day.
I buy on line very often and have to be honest, this has to be one of the best transcations I have made and I will highly recommend this site to family and friends.
